Finding a therapist can be a daunting task and I am happy to answer questions along the way that might help you through the process. Joining with clients embarking on a path towards wholeness is one of my greatest joys! I use both values-based and strengths-based approaches, which allow me to meet you where you are and build a relationship while addressing your goals. I weave in CBT techniques, motivational interviewing skills, and humanistic interventions to help you move forward on your path. It is my hope that each individual I work with will find greater health and wholeness as we work together through their therapeutic journey.
My Approach
My experience includes work with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced a range of challenges including complex trauma, grief, mood and anxiety disorders, behavioral issues, addiction, and psychosis. I have had the honor of working with immigrants, the LGBTQIA community, and individuals with differing abilities.
It is my hope that each individual I work with will find greater health and wholeness as we work together through their therapeutic journey.
My approach to healing is holistic and client-centered, recognizing the unique needs and strengths of each individual. Through a blend of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, mindfulness practices, and spiritual wisdom, I create a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and growth.
For children and adolescents, I offer a gentle yet effective approach tailored to their developmental stage and unique circumstances. Through creative expression, play therapy, and skill-building exercises, I empower young hearts and minds to navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence.
For adults navigating the complexities of life, my support is grounded in deep empathy and unwavering commitment to your well-being. Together, we'll unravel the layers of trauma, anxiety, or addiction that may be holding you back, and forge a path toward lasting transformation and inner peace.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, know that help is within reach. Take the courageous step toward healing today and reclaim the joy, vitality, and fulfillment that are your birthright.

Animal Assisted Therapy
Research demonstrates animal-assisted therapy can enhance self-esteem, increase emotional regulation, lower blood pressure, improve social interaction, decrease depression, reduce anxiety/stress, and improve the ability to nurture and trust.
Meet our goats!
Jackson is sweet, cuddly, and sensitive, but can be a crybaby when he doesn't get his way. He is sometimes overwhelmed by new things and prefers to hang close to his mom and siblings.
Blue is the largest of the four siblings and often feels the need to prove it by doing playful hops and play-fighting with older kids. Though he can be bossy and a bit brash, he tries to protect his smaller siblings as best he can.
Maggie is the smallest and least dominant kid. She was only 1.5 pounds when she was born! Because of her small size, she can be fearful of the world and likes to be near her brother, Jackson, for comfort. Nonetheless, she is stubborn and rebellious, always wanting to get her way.
Cosmo is curious, adventurous, and energetic. He loves to explore and get into trouble! He is best buds with his brother, Blue, and is the second largest, therefore the second most dominant kid.
