My Approach
Understanding the "why: behind your struggles is an essential step toward change. I offer a perspective that is as scientifically grounded as it is compassionate. My approach to therapy is eclectic – I incorporate aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Gestalt, Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Neurocounseling to help individuals aged 12 and up learn ways to manage anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum and disorders of executive functioning. By tailoring treatment to the individual, I facilitate the shift from external compliance to intrinsic motivation, which increases capacity for self-regulation. My approach focuses on strengthening existing abilities while shifting unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to improve consistency and well-being.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, the tools for greater psychophysiological control are within reach. By taking a decisive step toward healing today, you begin to discover the vitality and fulfillment that stem from a balanced, well-regulated system. Contact me to schedule a confidential consultation and initiate the transition toward a future defined by clarity, consistency, and personal agency.
